To qualify for one of our rental properties, applicants must meet the following criteria:

-Verifiable monthly take-home income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.

-No prior evictions/No outstanding judgments.

-A positive rental history with an overall clean rental record.

Our pet policy includes:

-One-Time Pet Fee of $250 nonrefundable fee per pet.

-Monthly Pet Rent of $20 per month, per pet.

Pet approval is required, and restrictions or limitations may vary by property. Please check the individual listing for details!

Yes! We participate in housing assistance programs and accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.

All prospective residents, including those using housing assistance, must complete our rental application and receive approval through our standard screening process.

We welcome voucher holders to explore our available rentals and contact us with any questions!

Utility and lawn care responsibilities vary depending on the property type.

Single-Family Homes: Residents are responsible for all utilities and lawn care.

Multi-Unit Properties: Lawn care is included! Some properties may also include certain utilities, depending on the location.

We encourage you to ask our team for clarification about the specific property you're interested in so you know exactly what's included before moving in!

-Your application remains active for 30 days from the date of submission.
